This 64-year-old patient underwent facial rejuvenation that included a scarless revision rhinoplasty for correction of crooked, indented (collapsed) nasal bridge and refinement of high-arched nostrils with a hanging columella and plunging nasal tip. The patient also underwent a volumetric facelift for jawline contouring and correction of her jowls as well as facial fat grafting (with stem cells) to add volume to her cheeks, underneath her eyes, temples, brow, nasolabial folds, cheek hollows, marionette lines, chin, and lips.
