24 year old female that developed scar tissue in her bilateral breasts (capsular contracture) resulting in widened cleavage and breast deformity. The patient underwent bilateral scar tissue release (open capsulotomies), breast reshaping, and replacement of breast implants (350cc silicone to 500cc silicone breast implants).
