45 year old female that developed deformity of the right breast and breast asymmetry due to scar tissue (capsular contracture) formation of the right breast and a dropped lateral fold of the left breast. The patient underwent bilateral breast scar tissue release (capsulotomies), breast reshaping, repair of left lateral breast fold and removal and replacement of breast implants.
