28 year old female that developed bilateral breast scar tissue (capsular contracture) resulting in breast deformity and asymmetry. The patient underwent bilateral scar tissue release (capsulotomies), breast reshaping and replacement of bilateral breast implants (425cc slaine to 625cc saline breast implants).
