48 year old female that developed bilateral breast scar tissue (capsular contracture), asymmetry and enlarged areolas. The patient underwent breast reshaping, breast scar tissue release, bilateral peri-areolar mastopexy (Benelli) and replacement of breast implants (450cc to 525cc saline implants)
