48 year old female that developed breast asymmetry, left breast capsular contracture and enlarged areolas. The patient underwent breast reshaping, scar tissue release of left breast, bilateral peri-areolar mastopexy (Benelli) and replacement of breast implants (250ccc to 300cc smooth round saline).
